This is a tough one. Woman's birthday...what to do..??

Before I get flamed, I posted a similar thread a while back.

But the situation has changed slightly.

This woman is coming over tomorrow to my apartment. It's her 30th birthday. I haven't slept w/ her.

She has visited my apartment before. When she came over..she brought a housewarming gift of these KICK A$$ DISHES.

Anyway..I've tried to get down her pants, I got her shirt off, her pants unbuttoned and she stops me saying that the room is too bright.. ( it's noon, i have no curtains, and it IS bright ). Plus, she had no power at her house the past two days and she didn't look 'cleanly shaved' to me. She said that if it was dark, it would be different. I let it go.

Anyway..she's coming over tomorrow night..she'll be spending the night..and it will be her birthday. I want to show her a good time..BUT..

Considering she bought me dishes..should I get her something? Plus..the 30 birthday is a big one..I'm kinda flattered she wants to spend it w/ ME. I want to do the right thing..but I know that common rules say to maybe get her a card and that's about it.

I've been seeing this woman for almost a month. Should I get her something or what?

Yes. Don't go all out though.

A comedy club and dinner (nothing fancy, anyplace without linen) and buy a fancy dessert for her to share with you. Finish it off at home with a rented movie staring one of her favorite actors/actresses with a nice (inexpensive) bottle of wine and microwave popcorn. Hope you have curtains...

Why doesn't she have any power at her house? And for how long has she been without it?

Having no power is not an excuse not to be cleanly shaven - she should be looking after herself at all times. This could be a sign of what it may turn into if she enters an LTR. It's important that she maintains these things, whether or not she's planning on getting her panties off. She new she was coming over to see you, so she should have been prepared just in case.

As for the birthday. I'd take her out to a resteraunt - Tepanyaki is always good - they cook the food right in front of you. Get a few saki's and some green tea Ice cream to go.

Go back to your place for the desert and a bottle of wine - which is alreadt chilled. Make sure the curtains are closed.

I am suspect of any woman who doesn't want me to remove her panties in the light - I think, what the hell is she hiding down there?

The first time I'm with a woman I make sure there's some light, so I can see what I'm getting myself in(to) - Don't want to stick my big friend into anything thats nasty now do we?

If you want a nice gift, you can get her a massage certificate - or perhaps something unique from the likes of sharper image.

Depends on how much you want to spend and how well you know her.
