so I was talking to this girl today(HB9) and when I thought things were going really good, i asked her out. got rejected!!! she told me she was into the nerdy and shy types????? i couldnt believe it. she also asked me at one point during our conversation "are you always this flirty with everyone?". i really didnt know how to take that because looking back on it, i KNOW for a fact i wasnt being overlly flirty. i think she took some ****y/funny things i said as flirty, i dunno. maybe since shes used to 4 eyed geeks sucking their thumbs in fear of talking to her that my humor came off as being flirty. it was just the weirdest rejection i have ever encountered in my life.

I don't know I guess she was saying you were too cool for her? I've never heard that kind of rejection before. It almost sounds like she liked you, but couldn't admit it to herself.
