Im not saying things you hate like "Oh, I hate to bench press"

For example I hate:

1. Stretching and warming up for squats, it takes forever.
2. Setting up for deadlifts; loading the bar, putting it on the ground, doing only 5 reps and then unloading the bar

Thats it for me, share yours please :)

My workout is mma; injuries are the worst part. My elbow is sore from being cranked too far in an arm bar. I didn't tap; I screamed.

Coming down with a migraine not long after HIIT training this morning. I believe that was mainly caused by me consuming coffee, a lot of peanuts and MSG yesterday. All 3 of which are triggers and the fact that I don't consume them regularly.

I hate setting up for deadlifts too. Since I don't have the luxury of that riser bar thingy that holds it up off the ground for you to load/unload the weights faster. Also, the occasional mental blocks I get sometimes that can hinder me.

Either you don't know when you should tap or your partners suck. Probably the latter, people rarely *want* to get injured.

Now to stay on topic: I hate running.

Why do you only do one set of deadlifts(1x5)? Is that how it is supposed to be? I do deadlifts at 3x4

That guy is pretty good, 1-1 in cage matches that I've seen. The guy that beat him was a golden gloves boxing champ. He is better than me, but I have submitted him on rare occasion. He got me this time by switching arms that he was trying to bar; I had the first arm bar blocked by grabbing my own wrist - then he just grabbed the other arm, a lesson learned. I've had the 'arm bar until screaming' experience two other times, both with purple belt instructors. Those guys did not suck. I might just be sensitive to pain from arm bars. When we work on pressure point moves that are supposed to cause pain, I tend to be one extreme or the other. Some chokes and leg bars I can sit through like they are nothing, don't even notice. But this week, my trainer showed us a pressure point on the back of the hand on which a 100 pound girl made me fall down in agony.

btw, here's that pressure point - place your hand out, palm down, fingers outstretched, like you are about to dribble a basketball. The pressure point is on the back of the hand between your index finger and thumb. Draw a line along the bones of the thumb and finger. Everything from where the lines cross, out to the web of your thumb is the pressure point. Press down very hard on that spot with your thumb, and the other guy should fall to his knees in pain.

I am probably just a little sensitive about arm bars, but it is a combination of both guys getting a little carried away. The guy who hurt me has hurt other people; he does not mean anything by it and feels bad afterward. These things happen in jiu-jitsu.

Ummm...kind of off topic bible belt.

The thing I hate most about my workout is seeing those little black spots after a heavy set of squats or deadlifts.

Also, I hate when my training partner starts acting like a pvssy, it happens at least once every few workouts.

I hate running in dog sh1t. And horse sh1t. And cow sh1t. Actually, I hate stepping in any kind of sh1t, but with the farms and all it's everywhere and sometimes it covers the entire width of a trail so I can't avoid it. Agh!

It's not comfortable but it's not painful for me. I guess it could be if someone has a very strong grip, but that is true for a lot of spots.

A better place, a better time.
Unloading the bar after the last set of Deadlifts SUCKS. My back is screaming and doesn't want to bend over and lug plates around anymore.

And I hate spending so much money on healthy food and supplements! I'm going broke here.

You don't deadlift the plates? You do all this lifting with proper form and then you stiff leg the plates to put them away? Heh...
