Carb cycling is the ultimate way to reshape ones physique. Simply rotate your carbs day to day.

Communicating with you body is what is all about.

Cardio is best done after a high carb day since you sent the message that food is plentiful so it is okay to let go fat.

etc. etc.

It is great because it get rids of bulk up and cut cycles and you can learn as you go.

The best is the best..period.

MoM is right, a lot of people here are looking for miracles.

I'm reading good things about carb cycling, but have to admit being confused by the maths and overcomplicated articles I've read. But maybe someone could simplify it by adding some actual daily meal plans, telling us what meals we should be eating and at what time (rather than protein/carb/fat measurements).

do you mean carb+protein only refeed days every 4-5 days with 200% of needed calories and maintenance eating in between?

Carb cycling isn't necessary unless you're trying to get a really low bodyfat or competing.. and I don't think I could function on the low carb days, I've tried it before.

Just be patient and lose fat gradually!
