The way to ask

If i am wanting to hang otu with this girl that i have some intrest in should i just ask her if she wants to hang out and agree on something to do or should it just be like, do u want to go do this, and that, and blah blah, and tell her what were gonna do? ie. so she would know that there is more intrested other then just haning out as friends

Since no one is answering, I suggest a simple "Hey ***, I'm going to <place> on <date>, would you like to join me?".

Edit:

Or, you can TELL her to join you. "Hey ***, I'm going to <place> on <date>, come and entertain me."

I'd recommend the latter.

It's usually good to let her know a time and a place. Whenever I don't think of something I just tell her "it's a surprise", girls like surprises and odds are she'll think about what it could be. The more time a girl invests in thinking of you the better.

hey.. coming from a girl I would say to her: hey... I was wondering if your busy (state the date) if you arent do you want to go hang out and do something with me... if she says shes busy be like ok well how about another time ask her for her number and set it up from there

yes, i talk to her on the phone /aim , havnt really hung out with her or see her in person much, cause shes off to collage and im a senior, and when we were in the same class and alaways talkin she had a b/f
