Ok, the following is a list of stuff that will raise your testosterone that i have come across, anybody like to comment on any of this or expand on it?

Also, is ZMA safe to take if you do not work out?

Peanuts/nuts/peanut butter
Olive oil/canola oil
Broccoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts
Eggs
Ginseng
Meat (pultry prefferably or lean cuts of beef)
not too much fat (about 30%)
sleep - 8 hrs per day
excersize - bench presses, squats, back rows
Dont drink any more than 3 beers a night
Tribulus Terestris (herb)
Muira Puma

Is it safe to take ZMA tribulus terestris and muira purma together?

its better to use penis enlagment than this stuff, it will bring you more girls


oisters of what the hell this mushrooms are called, casanova ate 50 of this a day
anchovis are good too
everytime i ate it i get a morgenlatte

This should be in the health and fitness section first of all, secondly, these things won't raise your testosterone to a noticable degree. All good sources of healthy vitamins and minerals though - good for if you want to become stronger, or improve your physical appearance(along with work).

Take 1-Testosterone, Boldione, or Super ONE+. Any of those will increase your testosterone... at least for the duration of the drug.

If you want to naturally increase your testosterone, do things that are manly. Get angry, throw things around, beat people up, etc. It's like exercising the juices.

lift weights. when you reach failure on sets you release HGH and probably testosterone, you will feel like a man when you are super-pumped, that is for sure

also, try iodine supplement, like a sea-weed tab. maybe your thyroid gland is low, that's very common nowadays, and that will lower sex drive. iodine is very safe, unlike some of the other new drugs, and damn will it make you horny as a dog, just try not to go around humping the door-post :)

There is always artificial injectable/oral testosterone, but in the long run you're offcourse reducing your natural T production.

There is some food that has been said to increase Testosterone (like tribulus and ginseng), which you already mentioned. Never tried them (tribulus is illegal in norway).

But basically I think there's two things to do.

1 - Provide the body with optimum conditions
* Protein
* Sleep (preferably 9-10 hours/day)
* Enough fat (Testosterone is built by Cholesterol)
* Healthy diet
* Fancy **** supplementations (like tribulus ?)

2 - Convince the body to produce more T
The body is lazy. Higher T means higher energy needs, which the body tries to avoid. It allso involves changing the body, which the body avoids as well. So you have to convince the body it HAS to produce more. How to do that?

Pook described it in his 'Secret of the jerk' thread. Allso Demon mentioned it (altho don't beat other people up). You have to try 'manly' stuff. By try I mean do your best, untill you find things you must improve. Find a way to really feel the need for the improvement. Hard to explain this. But in this story you'll find a good example imo:

By doing this, the body thinks it has to increase T production to continue it's very existence. Now you need a recovery time, so the body can use the supplementation you've already provided. Especially sleep is required. It is said that _most_ of your recovery (atleast in muscles) is done while you are sleeping. 6-7 hours is NOT enough.

Good fats

"Low fat" is one of the biggesest health fallacies out there. As Imbrondir correctly points out, it's important to get enough of the *right* fats. Like those on olive oil, nuts and seeds, and fish oil. These are important for the *brain*, too. Actually, all cellular membranes are produced from fats.

The important thing is to avoid taking in too much of the *wrong* fats, especially trans-fatty acids and rancid fats. Avoid anything "partially hydrogenated," and don't have too many *fired* foods, unless they're fried in a heat-resistant oil such as lard or clarified butter ("ghee"). Saturated fats aren't nearly as bad as trans-fatty acids.

Get a group of friends together and play some football. A good game of football usually seems to give me a major testosterone rush.

Dude, If you dont live in a third world country you dont have to worry about that. Our salt is iodized.

Raising test to superphsiological levels (levels where you would notice strength/muscle gain etc) without drugs is not possible. It would be better to focus on things that lower test levels and/or raise estrogen levels. LIke alcohol and black licorice. And even things that have anti-aromatase/estrogen properties. Like flax oil.

In a thread about the scents, some guy says he uses iols..

Mainly sandal, vanilla, and he says black liqurish works like a charm on women..

Just a coincidence?

Don't bother, they will surpress you natural t production in the same way as gear will with much less of a "kick" so to speak.

If you wish to raise your NATURAL production (so you balls start producing more leutinizing hormone) then tribulus works very well. The more guys I see use it the more impressed I am. Worked very well for me too. Get a good one though. Biotest, Dorian Yates Approved and Syntrax are all good.

ZMA is fine to take. Does nothing for me though.
