This is an opinion thread. I'm curious to see what everyone here thinks would constitute someone to be considered a "true DJ." Have you ever seen someone in action and thought to yourself, "Wow! He's a TRUE DJ!"? What was it they were doing that made you think that?
I've been reading the DJ Bible and it seems that having a passion plays a big role in the life of a DJ. Is a true DJ someone that simply fills their life so much with a passion or multiple passions that nothing really even matters much to them anymore, including women? And then suddenly, women become secondary (or even further down the list of priorities) to the DJ's passion. Do you think that the passion is the most IMPORTANT thing for a DJ to have?
