I am curious, I see so many mixed responses to this question: to supplement or not to supplement?
I have been on vitamen supplements for 4-5 weeks, and have noticed that, coupled with a health eating regimen and excercise, there are no adverse effects. However, I hear from many people that vitamens are useless/bad for you. Any thoughts?
