The Past: Always remember what you've been through. Use this pain,anguish,regret, or whatever to use for fuel in your present endeavors. If you're here reading this post then there is no doubt about it you are a warrior and survivor. Whatever life has thrown at you whether good or bad, even if you succeeded or failed. You made it!!! Feel proud ,Be proud. However, by no means do you live in the past, only revisit this area for whatever you need in your present endeavours. Never remain here. Never!!!


The Present: Here and Now is all that matters. Nothing else!! Without the present you wouldn't even know of a past or future. Live like you could perish at anytime not in fear but, in awareness. When you see something or someone you want go for it right away!! As soon as fear and doubt rise up to SLAY your confidence quickly pull out this undeniable truth(Your sword) and DESTROY those eternal enemies(fear and doubt). The Truth: You don't have anytime left for doubt and fear, only faith and assurance. You can choose your thoughts and in doing so you choose how you'll feel. Get It!!! Think fearful = feel fearful; think powerful= feel powerful. Live for today F!@# tommorrow. Tommorrow is only an illusion.



The Future: Is also an illusion. The preparation done now will bare fruit in the future. Present= plant seeds(workout, learn more. transform weaknesses into strengths) Future= Reap the benefits(lots of faith, lots of money, and lots of women)


In conclusion, Take the failures from the past and use as motivation. Here and now is all that matters. Live powerfully. Success for the future begins with the work you put in TODAY.

Reflect on and remember the past, but do not try to relive and correct it. Embrace the present, let the future happen, but don't try to live in it while the present sweeps by.

I like this. One thing I would like to add, is also something that you have already stated.

Do not live in the past.
The past is dead, as it has already passed. You only experience the present.
Don't forget the past, because forgetting that leads to ignorance.
Keep it in your memories, but like you said, God Of War,
