Hi,

Hope this thread to have an entire array of openers. Please post the openers that had WORKED for you. In other words the girls actually continued talking to you. No kiddy fictional pick up lines please, only those that REALLY firmly got you successfully into a dialogue.

Mine was "Hi, where did you have your hair done?" (It got them talking)

My 5 default openers at the moment. Sometimes it's best to stack the openers, especially the ones which lead to A2 (story telling, DHV)

Sesar not a bad opener but instead of saying I find them Metro and Gay you should say something like, I think pink is nothing to fear for a man if he is truly comfortable with his own masculinity also it shows he is not scared to stand out from the crowd. This answer achieves several things first thing is it shows intelligence as you answer is well thought, it shows that you are unique and you dont just go along with popular opinions and finally it is an open ended response that can lead to a good conversation.

It also shows that you have no originality as that's almost directly taken from Alfie (Jude Law version). That's the reason I hate pink, after that movie it almost became a fashion statement that was "Look I'm really NOT gay as I can wear Pink" - and you had thousands of clones all following each other.
