uh i got my ecko pants off a sale rack at jcpenny cause my parents are extremely frugal and considering the other things there, it was one of the best. But they got some funny pictures in um

hmm... WUWD causes such a ruckus. Post was decent, this kids probably got the right idea and does alright at his school, but popularity at my school is less complex. Theres like a fraternity, DIGNA PHI, certain girls will only date guys if there in. I never changed my thug style and all the preps respect me for that and I make a name for myself by fighting alot etc. and thus, They invited me to join DIGNA. I didn't have to sell out. You don't either. I must say tho i'm not all iced out with ecko shirts and beanies and ****. I do wear bigger pants with tims then most of the preps but i wear sweaters from "black" stores and i have no problem's getting white girls. Popularity in all schools is different. Kick alotta ass all the way to the top.

i think the best way for a great rep. is to get a taLent , and get good at it! then do a talent show, and show off! last year me and my friends did the talent show for breakdancing...and u wouldnt belive how many girl/guy old friends started talking to me again after years...this year i got turntables and me and my friend are gonna DJ alota parties...its goin to help my rep. a lot

Don't forget not to neglect your studies! Goddammit I screwed up year 12 (as a result I have to start another course to change to a Law course), because I didn't study hard enough.


Too many people forget this, they try too hard to be popular in high school and forget to do something 15 minutes per day that could affect their entire life.


Remember, its great to build your social skills in HS, but the point is to "Build" your skills. Irregardless of popularity. In my opinion, its better to be seen as the friendly guy everyone can talk to than the aloof jerk, because the former WILL suceed after high school.

I really liked this post!! I think it is alot easier at a small HS like mine. The main thing is too improve yourself in every way you can, this is what i have found! If you keep improving yourself then your name will get around the school any way because of the person you have become.

People have been talking about how much my physcial appearance has changed, my humour, and things i have got up to on friday nights. And just from improving myself...

In my oppinion popularity is kind of like girls.. they come as you improve yourself!!

If you REALLY want a killer rep.. Do something ballsy in front of the whole school. Running for student council is a good one. I did that, and gave an election speech that got the whole school laughing, then the administration turned off the microphone partway through, and I was dragged off the stage. Instant celebrity. I was discussed in classes, EVERYONE knows my name, random people will come up and tell me how cool I am, and a couple girls I don't even know want to have sex with me.

If you want a copy of the speech I gave, I'll post it up.

Anyway, it works. I'm one of the most popular guys in the school right now.

That’s because right now, school spirit is down, and without school spirit, Prep just isn’t worth a dime. With the right ASB, school spirit can blaze up again. Anyone who knows me will tell you that I’m burning all the time to help improve the school environment. If I were elected, I’d grow school spirit all year long.

As an ASB officer, I would display chronic loyalty to the school and its administration, but most of all, the student body. I want to listen to what you have to say, and help stir the pot to get things done. With a great student council we’ll bake up a great next year for everybody, and with my input, we can make student council the hotbox that it once was in the 60s, when our teachers were students here too. And I won’t bogart the glory either – I’ll make sure all the credit stays with you, the students.
A lot of candidates make big promises, but end up cashed out before the year is over. But that won’t happen to me; I have a whole bag of fun things to do, that are guaranteed to be a hit with the whole student body. And I’m not just blowing smoke when I say this; with me, the grass really can be greener on the other side. So when you’re thinking of who to vote for tomorrow, remember (...), and next year will be a year they all talk about.
