im a good dj in attracting girls and having fun with them well ofcourse some things im still working on .......

but my problem is that im in the university learning almost all the day ... and i dont have a car.......

i mean i do have one that i can get on the weekend but i spend the weekend home in my village a 2hours drive to get to the university so ive rented a house living with tow of my friends

and the place i dj is the university so im not having dates...what to do...?

I'm sure you can think of something creative that doesn't require a car. I know a ton of people in school that don't own cars, it's part of being a student.

I'd say if you lived in small smaller suburban community, not having a car would be like not being alive. You couldn't work, go out to eat, and so on,

but being in college, many kids don't have cars. In fact, you probably don't even need one. I know if you go to a larger university, most are like cities within themselves. Plenty of bars, restaurants, clubs, comedy showcases, movie theaters, coffee shops, and so on probably within walking distance.

Very true. When I lived in NYC, i needed no car and I could go practically anywhere I wanted, even take a bus down to Philly or AC or up to boston or montreal if I wanted to get out of NYC.

But it was more expensive to live in NYC, alot more expensive. I was spending close to $2000 per month on a crappy 1 bedroom apartment and I knew people who were spending more then that on studio apartments.

SO i guess no car=no care payments and no car insurance, but it also meant spending more money on apartments and/or a condo.

Not having a car is not a problem, it's a damn benifit dude. Who of your friends can meet chicks while travelling? Public transportation dude, use it. It's all in how you look at it man.

Dude, girls at university date, what is with this "and the place i dj is the university so im not having dates..." ****. Scrap that now.

Also, girls don't gage your worth based on your ride. If they do, just tell them that either your too focused on school to work for a car, or that you're not a moron who bases his self-worth on his ride. Cars don't get women, men get women.

Girls want to spend time with men, they don't care how you spend the time, or how you travel.

Yes it is a problem . Unless you live in a huge city with all sorts of public transportation and taxi ,you do need a car.Even then if your a grown azz man you should have your own car.

You can't mooch of your freinds and family forever.You can't even compare having a car to walking it's not the same sh1t ,be real.

For this guy, yeah, he goes to a universtiy that probably has public transportation up the wahoo.

But if you live in an area that has no public transporation, without a car you are basically useless.

There are many places in the US where there is very little, if no public transportation.

I remember a place I used to work when i was younger. the only transportation was buses. Well this guy, around 26, had no car so he needed to take a bus to work everyday.

But to get to work at a MALL, he needed to walk about a mile or two to the nearest bus stop. He lived in a small town. From there, the bus went to another stop and another until it stopped in a larger town. He had to transfer onto another bus that would take him across the street from the mall.

So he had to wake up at 5am everyday for a minimuim wage job where he started at 9am. And he was lucky he only lived a couple of miles from the bus stop. Yeah you can do things, but without a car, the guy was basically useless. People get tired of picking a 26 year old guy up all the time to go hang out.

Believe me, go out now while in college, where you dont need a car. Because if you get older and become one of those 26 year olds without a car that lives in an area without public transportation, your friends will soon tire of your act.

I had many friends who I stopped hanging out with over the years because they didnt have a car. When you get closer to 30, you start to hate driving your friends around all the time. The novelty wears off quick.

Yes, in NYC or similar cities, you don't need a car. But in most of suburban or rural america, without a car, you might as well forget about dating unless you have a hot neighbor. Hell you might as well forget about most things.

As people said where I grew up at, you NEED a CAR here even if you don't want one.

but for the guy who started this post, your in college, go out and enjoy the time.. I'm sure a car isn't really needed, because you probably can walk or take public transportation to everything.
