Hey Guys,

Looking for a killer workout to really impress the gorgeous women at the beach this summer? Why not learn for the best...the top of the military elite...I am most certainly talking about the Navy seals. The following is a great cardio/muscular endurance workout used by people thinking about joining the seal program. Now you obviously don't have to be thinking about joining the seals to do this workout. But just think, if you finish this program, you will have the body and strength of a navy seal, and thats something I wouldn't mind having. I've been going right along with this workout and already I have noticed a drop in weight, my abs starting to show, I can feel myself getting stronger, faster, and better looking. In a few more weeks I should develop a full 6-pack, and a lean toned body, something I thought I would never have!

If you are interested in the workout please go to:

...and check it out

Must be understood, no matter what workout you do, you'll be screwed without Nutrition.

That being said, this is the one of the most "intense" workouts you can think of. The demands on S.E.A.L.s are incredible. Good luck if you start this.

Awesome workout ideas there. This is a workout that will definetely get you into TOP physical condition. You'd be seriously ripped in all respects. Throw in some combat training during the week ontop of all of this and shooting practice on the weekends at a firing range and you become a dangerous person.

SEALs guys. Not Seals. SEa Air and Land.

I agree with charm. Throw in some MMA style training, combat training, or whatever, become good with a handgun and rifle, you won't get f*cked with by the same guy more than once, if hes still around.

Not wrong there Chilli...

But the best of the best are the British SAS. Course in saying that they're chock full of Kiwi's and Aussies anyway...

Neh... best trained division in the world has got to be the seals. They wouldn't receive so much publicity if otherwise.

Ooo, I've got the book "(eBooks) Fitness - US Navy SEAL Physical Fitness Guide.pdf" - about 18 mb big. And it's got all the workouts, etc. Surprisingly, it's mostly calisthenics. :-( And hectic sh!t like jogging in high altitudes, speed swimming, and hiking with crap loads of gear, in sub-zero enviroments.

Hectic.

Good luck, mate.

The SAS is the special forces unit that Delta Force was originally based on. They have a selection pass rate of between 2 - 10%.

Classic American attitude. The more publicity the better, right?

Learn a bit about SAS before running your mouth.

US soldiers (including Delta and Rangers) refer to SAS as 'Super soldiers'.

It is common knowledge amongst those in the know that SAS are simply the best soldiers in the world. Period. I've had the honour and privilege of training with some of them and can reiterate this fact. Do some research.

PS SEALs aren't a division.
