Drink more water.

Seriously.

Last weekend I proceeded to drink a helluva lot. I was focused like hell on my goals and stuff and decided to take a break.
Well, let's say that after this I had some difficult keeping with my schedule.

We are biological creatures. As most of us think too much, it's easy to lose track of this. We start to get weird and the last thing we realize is that our bodies want to say something.

In my example, I guess the toxins of alcohol messes with my mood. I kept with my workout schedule, but only today I noticed that I was drinking to little water. First glass I took, I could feel that good sensation that you get when you're thristy. Some minutes later I got to my usual mood. :)

This is true, although I would rank "Get 8-10 hours of sleep" and "5-6 meals a day" up there with this one.

Surely!

I was doing both of these and STILL feeling weird!
However, I agree they are all good. But drinking water is the easiest, and still, many people go around dehydrated.
