I feel like I've made this post before, and maybe I have, but here it is again.

I spun my wheels for years. I always had the magazine mindset; all I had to do was find the 'right routine' for my body and I would get JACKED. For years, I searched for the perfect routine. I was strong, sure, but I had yet to reach that ripped look that I always strove for.

Have you been in a similar situation? Do you read endless bullsh1t that doesn't work for you? I did, too. Here's why.

The fitness industry is built on having repeat customers. If they told you everything you needed to know, they'd never sell another magazine! This is why they talk about the importance of every angle of your bicep curl. This is why they they preach "changing up your routine."

You might say, "This guy isn't working out the BIG 3." Actually, I was. And I had been for years. This is why I was strong. You want to know why I still had a beer belly?

Because I didn't appreciate the importance of diet. Once I put my diet at the top of the list, I watched the pounds drop. It took me 6 months to make that transformation. Think about what you've been doing for the past 6 months: video games; jacking off; insert random bullsh1t here?

I followed Martin Berkhan's Reverse Pyramid Training, on a fasted diet, and I got stronger than I've ever been in my life. Not to mention, I was leaner than I'd ever been. I don't remember the last time I'd seen 12% BF. Oh, yeah I do, I was fvcking 12 years old the last time!

I set my mind to it and started counting calories. You can, too. All it takes is a little persistence. You're on a MAN forum. As a MAN, you can do what I did.

as for me i wont post pics due to the fact that we have seen backbreaker and others get doxed by random people here.but i am twice your size.
(16.8 inch arms and 18.3 calves..ive lost calf mass recently)
although i will check this guy out. ive hit a plateau at 10%bf (90kgs) and wanna get to 8 so ill see what he is about.thank you.

its not hate.im simply against the common knowledge that has grasped internet by the throat. people cannot think and do not think for themselves.
they are like armies of zombies who listen to the tely ,radio ,internet or other nonsense.

i shake my head everytime i see someone quote a PUA guru or a diet guru etc....cant people think these days?

i shake my head when i see a guy chasing a girl, putting away his life,weeping and getting depressed and in the end? she is not even a virgin...why the fvck do men accept non virgins? why?

these same men come here with their new wives on honeymoon, only to have their wives cheat on them. i swear to my god, that once there was a chick, she kissed her son and hubby goodbye , boarded the bus, then went on to make out and give handjobs to the local guide who looked like sh!t in a hamper.

ripetope sucks, why? because he tells his "trainees" to NOT think , to follow him and not to deviate from the path of 5X5.the last person to do that was adolf hitler.

example , today i was thinking in the gym that i can't hit 8% bf while retaining 90kgs and doing heavy squats all the time.i love my squats and i like to stay at 90, but i also want to hit 8%, what do i do?i will check this berkhan jew and see what he is up to, then sit down and think....and adapt it to my body.

edite: i misspelled bus as boss lol ,

I really need to clean up my diet. I'm hovering at around 90kg at 5'7" with like 16-17% bodyfat. Thanks for making me feel like sh1t Tyte.

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.
