The HB7 next door

Hey guys,

There's an HB7 named Kim who just moved in next door to me in my apartment building. Here's the deal. Last night I was in bed banging my regular girl Amy, when I got a knock on my door. It was Kim, who I hadn't had a chance to speak to up until that point, and she asked me to come inside her apartment and see if I could figure out what was up with her cable TV. So I told my girl Amy to wait in bed a sec and went into Kim's apartment. This girl Kim was feeding me a bunch of BS to get me to invite her into my apartment. She told me that she couldn't figure out how to get her cable working and wanted to watch my TV instead. I told her I don't have cable and that I just watch DVDs on my TV. So what does she do? She says, "well what DVDs do you have? Can I come in your apartment and watch one?" So I was thinking to myself, hmmm.... what's this broad's deal? She just met me and it's kinda late at night and she wants to watch a movie in my apartment?? Anyway, I fed her some garbage about how I had to be up early to go to work the next morning and that I was going to bed early. I mean what else could I say; my regular girl is ass naked in my bed. So Kim asked me some questions about work and then I took my exit but told her at the same time that if she wanted to she could knock on my door sometime later this week and drop in to watch a movie.

Here's my dilemma. I'm really tempted to hook up with this girl, but it seems like a bad idea considering she lives next door, and if she ends up being a psycho I'm stuck with a stalker all year. What do you guys think... how should I approach this one? The only reason it's even a question is because this girl has a great body and a cute face. HB7 might have been a low estimate. Anyone have experience with a girl next door and want to give me advice? Thanks guys.

As a general rule, I'd back off from an aggressive girl. But then again, if you just moved and need some social proof for the bars, new friends, etc. She could be useful.

p.s. i replied to this cause my latest conquest is almost identical. I live in a townhouse with 40 floors of apartments above me, and met a girl my age on the roof one night while i was reading. I'm workin on making something of it She's not a HB10, but she's classy, knows how to carry herself, and has a kickazz sense of humour. wish me luck, and i will to you.

I don't have any experience with girls next door but life is short, have some fun.

Just know that a lot of drama/fights could unfold right next to your home, your home, a place where you're supposed to feel secure, safe, relax, and be comfortable. If this does happen, you can always move, not like this decision is set in stone.

Go for it, but know the consequences.

Dude!!! Getting a$$ from a chick is not always a good thing. I've been in a situation similiar to yours. The only difference was that she lived on the 2nd floor where as I lived on the 1st. The apartment was the style of a hotel. You had to go inside the building to get to your apt, so there was no chance of her ever seeing me bringing other chicks over. When I threw a party, even if I didn't invite the chick that lived there, she would stop by. I would be juggling two chicks while on alcohol.

My point, she's gonna see you bring other chicks over. She probably already knew that your girl was there. I don't know the wording for it, but I would keep her around as a "Not a friend", I guess associate. You only speak to her to say hello. Be social, but not the guy friend. Then if you and your girl every break up, you got a booty call waiting on you next door.

The HB7 next door, revisited

So it's been a while and I figured some of you who responded might want an update on the situation with the girl next door.

Last week I got another knock on my door. It was the girl next door, Kim, much to my surprise (I hadn't talked to her since she came knocking the week before asking me to fix her cable). She invited me to come hang out next door where she was having a get together with some friends later that night. I explain to her that I have plans to go out with some buddies later on but that I'd make an appearance.

So I roll in there an hour and a half later after I take care of some business around town, and it's just Kim and her girl friend Rachel, who was visiting from Europe. Anyway, they only have wine, so I grab some stuff from my place and mix a few vodka tonics. Eventually, two of Kim's other girl friends roll in and it's just me and 4 beautiful ladies. I played it smooth like James Bond the entire time and even weaved in a little story for the hell of it about the saggy baggy booby that popped out of a girl's shirt during a fight outside the bar last night (compliments of Mystery). Somehow I was right in the zone the entire night and had them laughing, telling me stories, asking me questions. Then they invited me to come join them at a friend's party, but I had to roll on to meet my buddies so I grabbed Kim's number and split off. Foreshadowing for what's to come.

That was last week. Then I run into Kim on the street a few nights later. She's with her girlfriend, and I explain to the both of them that I'm in a hurry headed out to meet a couple buddies at the bar and that since they're too young to come along, Kim will just have to take down my number real quick and call me if they're headed somewhere later. So she takes it down and that's that.

Fast forward to last night.

So I'm out on the lake having a few pitchers with my buddies when I get a call from Kim. She's at her apartment and wants to know what I'm up to. I tell her I'm out with the guys but we're headed to a party in a little while and I'll swing by and pick her up on the way over. When the dudes split off to head to a pre-party bar for a few more brewskies on the patio, I end up swinging on over to Kim's solo. She explained to me that she'd been rushing all day for sororities and was dead tired, but I told her to quit her moaning and have a drink. We hang for a while at her place before hitting that party, bail on the party early for some food and make it back to my place by midnight to throw on a movie.

Long story short, after the movie she asks me to stay the night at her place, we end up fooling around, I have her ass naked in her bed, she keeps whispering in my ear how horny she is, BUT i don't end up banging her due to an extreme case of last minute resistance that couldn't be overcome, although I played it aloof and smooth the entire time and am not worried about it. Anyway, I ended up not staying and headed back to my place cause I had to be up early the next morning for class.

So I decided I'm going to keep moving ahead and play it cool, keep letting her do the chasing and see where it takes us. More to come.Thoughts and comments welcome.
