The girl's complaining...

Ok, first to update you on the situation:

Been on dates with this girl about 5 times, two of them we've been "Exclusive". All throughout there's been a LOT of kino, and in the last two dates, the kissing and making out has really started. Her best friend is also dating one of my buds, and hes a bit AFC (tells her i love you all the time, etc)

Well last night, she tells me she needs a "serious relationship", and what i think she means is that she wants me to start saying "i love you" and doing some of that AFC crap (that would ultimately be my downfall). I do joke around a lot, and that may be part of why she wants me to be more serious. Any help on this would really be appreciated, teh new school year's commin round so it's not like i'll have a lack of new targets, but I don't want to give up on this girl after having just gone exclusive.

i started saying i love you and i feel like im in the deepest hole i have been in since 7th grade. dont say it. it messes with your mind and you turn into afc. i need to dig myself out and get back to how i was.

i know that, i actually just told her that people say i love you all the time and that's bullsh!t, and that after a week of dating it's not possible that i would be in love with her, then she says "well at least they show that they like each other"....this crap is starting to piss me off...

Ask her what she means be serious. Have her give you specific examples, then make up your mind whether she wants you or a AFC.
