I had to do it!!!!!

I jus have to!!!!

I gotta Seize The DaY!!!!

So I've Decided to make the 1st Official FATBOY'S JOURNAL!!!!

Now I have already began to change starting on sept 10 (that night i smoked 3 blunts with my friend and it altered my way of life...i haven't smoked scince then) I've lost a total of about 5 pounds clothes feel a little loose and my calf muscles have started to pop out.....


But now the Journal will actually show day by day the things i do and changes Not just for weight but grades and Women also....

STARTING POINT

weight: 285lbs
Height: 5"11 1/2
Build: Muscular

Women status:Flying under the Radar

Goals

1.To lose a a minimum of 30 lbs
2. over 3.0 for grades (I've always been a lazy ass student)
3.approach atleast 5 girls
4.See significant muscular tone in body

I'll try to post atleast every two days and i'll try to put the date up...

If anyone has any good tips for me pm me or just post it up here and if any guys wanna change something up and wanna join in just post up to it'll be great to go through a change with some fellow DJ-in-making...

I'll post exercise and what i eat and significant changes in how i look to give people an insight on my diet

Today is oct 4 and i gotta go workout!!!! peace!!!!

i went to go work out today on the lst day YAY!!!


it's actually not my lst day because i started on sept 10th but the lst day for the journal

I ate 2 slice of bacon 2 slices of bread with jelly and 2 egg for breakfast

apple for snack

went to the gym and got on the stepper for 6 min I just started SWEATING!!

got of that and worked out lower body ex. leg curls....I think i sat squat about 270 today (muscular guy) did a decline trunk curl with a 8lbs medicine ball and got back on the stepper for another 7 min(by this time i was dripping in sweat....

1st day weight in showed at 282lbs when i thought i was 285!!!! I've lost a total of about 14 pounds scince sept 10th... trying to get down to 266 before i go away to visit my "FRIEND" that's gonna be about 19 pounds from 285 i freaked out and started a thread about it "need to lose 20lbs" i think it read o well im constantly dropping poundage!!!

dude... 270?? that's only 3 plates on a side

you weigh a bunch, your legs are strong. Throw on 5 plates a side next time. Do 10. I expect it of you.

haven't been to the gym in like 2days!!!


I was out by my gym but i decided not to go..

went out last night and smoked a blunt with my friend...we were high and then i re-lit by one of my friends and he got pissed!!!!

I was being ignorant, I forgot weed is'n't widely excepted by the sheltered youth...

Besides that my Grades in school have went up a letter grade scince last year...I used to get like 1.8 now im getting 3.2...yay for me!!

Girl status:N/a
No real signs of women around at the moment...i'm going away for universtiy right now but at the moment i'm at community...so i'm just trying to improve my LiFE....I'll really probably start getting into the SCENE in another month or two...

But i gotta hit the gym tommorow...I can feel my weight going back up LOL

my legs are incredbily strong I can easily leg press 270 I do about 2 sets of 20 each time im working my lower body. next time i'll press higher

Well - If you want to lose fat, you need to be consistent.

I personally went from 287 to 186 in a matter of ~6 months and I can tell you - that is the best ego booster you can get :D

all right bro... if you work out at 2 sets of 20 with 3 plates a side, and that's what you consider pretty tough, here's what I want you to do next time you work out.

7 plates per side x 6.
7 plates per side x 6
3 plates + 25 lbs per side x 20.

so... in lbs.

630x6
630x6
320x20.

there you go, try that.

EDIT: On second thought... try the first 2 sets of 6 with 6 plates instead, I don't wanna kill ya. That'll put you at 540x6.

I've been cheating for the past 4 days...i'm currently in the process of eliminating weed out of my life....

Hey everyone isn't perfect!!!

But i don't want to smoke it until i reach my weight goal and that's about 185 so i gotta lotta working out to do!!!

hey hey what do you say?????


I shot all the way back up to 289lbs and i was angry earlier today

went to workout...i played B-ball for about 15 min to get my heart rate up and got on the stepper for about 7 min


I didn't have alot of time

Went to my new job orientation andn found out i will be getting about 35 cent more so that made me happy


all in all lookin good!!!!

My family said i look smaller and i lossed weight but the scale tells me otherwise....it's probably water and muscle i put on...I'm gotta lose atleast 10 before the end of this month.

but today was a good day!!!!
