Pick-up material and DJ material are different. You should first learn to separate the two from each other and realize that they are providing you with different information.
I’ll start with a little information about pick-up.
Pick-up material is meant:
1.) To teach you how to approach women.
2.) Teach you about women and how they act and react to men.
3.) To teach you about different tactics and strategies on how to seduce women.
4.) Teach you about what things attract women or are attractive to women.
5.) Adfkjadlkjflakdfjldj women.
6.) Women xxxxxlkadjfklasdjff.
7.) Women.
Now if you haven’t gotten the picture yet, pick-up is generally about the woman. If you attempt to learn pick-up first, your focus is set on the woman. Pick-up is complicated to execute unless you possess all or a few of the DJ characteristics. It would not be wise to learn pick-up if you wish to learn it, before you work on becoming a DJ.

DJ Material is meant to teach you:
1.) How to be self sufficient.
2.) How to develop goals and plan/work to achieve those goals.
3.) That your life does not revolve around women.
4.) To be happy.
5.) To be happy with who you are.
6.) To be proud of who you are.
7.) To always seek to better yourself.
8.) To be the best you can be.
9.) To be a man.
Now although I have stated that pick-up and DJ material are different that doesn’t mean they don’t compliment or aim at overlapping with some of the same topics which they do. The differences between the two are that pick-up is meant to compliment the foundations that are built upon being a don juan.
You don’t need to be a don juan or a pick up artist to attract women. Having either of these skills just increases your chances. I can guarantee that there isn’t a pick-up artist or guru out there that doesn’t possess at least a few DJ qualities. That being said DJ material is the foundation of what pick-up should be built on because:
DJ material teaches you to be self sufficient, self reliant, independent, and to go after what you want, whatever that may be. As a DJ you realize, that you only live once and you will attempt to make the best of it. Becoming a DJ instills qualities in you that attract the opposite sex not the other way around which is what pick-up is about. With DJ qualities women will start to come to you. With the addition of pick-up skills and techniques and DJ skills you can have a swarm of women at your call but that ultimately shouldn’t be your focus.
