this week has been pretty horrible for me. i've felt like a chode all week and done some pretty chode stuff. exaples:

hitting on a girl i met threw friends whos is 30 and has a kid ( did it on Facebook not good)

went to the club last night and hardly approached.( if i did it didn't go well at all)

got yelled at buy some teacher at collage because i threw a bottle on the ground. ( wasn't even my bottle threw it on the grown so i could sit down)

and the list goes on.

i know i am looking at all the negatives here though it's apparent it is creeping into my mind set and i am not approaching at all. most of the time i WANT to go home so i'm not seen out or anything.

what do you think would be the best way to overcome this mind set and get me back on track? things have been really stressful lately and today i lernt my mum lost her job.

i really just want to get my mind back to some normal level and not this icky chode i have somewhat become now.

Well it's in the past now, you can't change it; learn from it. Just try to put the negativity out of your mind and focus on the positive to get back on track.

yeah.. i just feel really like ****. like.. my life sucks.. i think i need to take a back for a bit. ( have school work coming out of my ass and i need to focus on that)
so i might take a low period. and read a tone of game then go out again after my school work is done.

I've been feeling like this for last month, now I feel that I'm getting back in my game, but it's a slow progress. Anyway, as TheStig said, just focus on the positive stuff. Give yourself a break if you feel like you need one. Before going out try to get into positive mood, when you feel like a chode approaching is much harder, also try to avoid too much alcohol, it'll make you feel even worse.

You need a clean slate. Go out again but start early and warm up. Talk to the staff, talk to dudes, etc. Then talking to someone with a vag won't seem like a big deal.

If i haven't approached in a while, I find it REALLY difficult to hit the reset button in the middle of the night. It's often best to start over another night.

You've had a bad week and you're talking like this? You need to calm down and get some perspective. If your bad week turns into a bad month and that month turns into a year, then you have reason to hit the panic button, but I think you're being premature here.

i know.. i just don't want it last any longer. lately i have been CRAVING sex. and not in a good way either. i think i'm too outcome dependent atm

it's hard to be like... wanting sex no matter what. then walk into the club and hardly approach.

it just pisses me off every time i get near a girl i tense up. it's really messing with my head. being a chode, but knowing the game is possible. is still a mind **** i guess. i know i'm not at the level where I BELIEVE i can make it.

i guess i'm over thinking it. i'm 22. i really should be just trying to have fun and not worry about this ****.. then i think about how horny i am and it starts again.
