So I've been hanging out with this girl for about a month. Started hanging out in groups and then moved onto hanging out alone twice so far. She shows all of the tell-tale signs of attraction and is easily a 9.
Anyway, we had an awesome time last night. I was totally set to kiss her at the end of the date, but I could tell she was sort of nervous. I went in for the kill and she turned her cheek to me at the last second.
Fast-forward to today, we got into talking about kissing. I decided that I would mention the "cheek kiss of death". I told her that once that happens, it's a clear sign that any intimacy is killed. She replied with "No! Christ! No it's not!," to which I replied "In my experience, 7 out of 10 times it is". She still disagreed with me.
Does this sound like a smart way to set up the moment the next time I get her alone or what? I think it gives me a few different ways to approach it.
