Hey guys, found this article and I was just wondering what everyone's opinion on it was. People I've talked to say that such a radical change is impossible...

BTW, scroll down a little to see some pictures of this guy's radical transformation. There's also a very large picture at the bottom of his new physique.

Sure it's possible. You gotta simply train, eat smart, and stay dedicated for the years to come. Notice, however, that he calls his previous self "skinny-fat." By looking at his calves and arms, u can tell that his genetics are far from ****ty.

It's definitely possible. To begin with he was 230 pounds with 18%BF which equals a lean body mass of 188.6 pounds. At the end he was 204 lbs with 5%BF which equals a lean body mass of 193.8 pounds. That would mean he gained 5 pounds of muscle and lost 30 pounds of fat. To me he looks a bit higher than 5% BF in the last pic, so that means he basically just maintained his muscle and lost 25 pounds of fat

For someone that hasn't been lifting weights for a few years, you can't expect to look like that. He had a lot of muscle under his fat. If a normal fat person tried that, they'd just look skinny.
