I couldnt believe my eyes. That author is advocating asking a woman "Why did you say yes to going out with me?"

His advice is really really awful.

NEVER ask a woman that. Because it reveals insecurity.

Woman HATE insecurity.

By the way, I actually DID ask a woman a variation on that before, along the lines of "so are you attracted to me like im attracted to you?"

Totally backfired. Never had another date.

See, youre supposed to be SO CONFIDENT that you ASSUME the woman is attracted. You dont have to ask why.

Its like fishing.

Its the worst advice ive seen on here.

As a matter of fact i never even ASK a woman EVER if she likes me. And I DONT TELL HER either.

A huge part of the game is that you actually "GET IT".

Get it that it is unspoken.

The minute you start blabbing **** about "do you like me" the game is over. Challenge gone.

If anything LET HER TELL YOU SHE LIKES YOU. By herself.

Then give a smile like you knew it all along.

And DONT tell her the same thing. Make her wait it out.

RE:

I would never ask why me because to me it sets off a red flag. Imagine if you got a good job and then you say to the employer "really?!!!! Why me?!!! Awesome!!!" He's going to be like uh oh! What is wrong with this guy. One thing I do ask about carefully is what happened with the last guy (and maybe the guy before that) trying to figure out where he went wrong and what he did to screw it up but I do it very cautiously.

Is it ok to ask that after you break up?

ex. Now that were not in a ralationship anymore , what made you attracted to me and where did I **** up?

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.

Well, that certianly isn't the way to say it. All she's going to hear is you saying you like her (before she considers thinking about why she said yes to a date).

I agree, the "why me" tip is garbage. It puts her in the frame of being the prize.

Asking "why me" implies the metaframe: "a lot of guys want you, since you are hot... why did you choose me, since obviously I can't see why a queen like you would choose a nobody like me."

GARBAGE. For those who don't know, this is on sosuave.com's home page currently.

If you have a response to a tip, reply to that thread. Future threads created solely in response to one thread will be deleted instead of closed.

Never try to read a woman's mind. It is a scary place. Ignore her confusing signals and mixed messages. Assume she is interested in you and act accordingly.
