For all you bulkers out there, you have to try enchilada sauce. The sauce itself does not have any anabolic properties. However, it enables one to inhale massive quantities of eggs (one of the most if not the most anabolic food).

Because eggs and enchilada sauce go together like meat and bbq sauce

I like to mash boiled eggs up with a lot of butter, paprika and tumeric and drizzle olive oil over the top.

Awsome! How many can you eat at a time like that? That is perfect for carb cycling diets.

Normally just 6 very large. I ate 12 very large once when I was hungry.

I go to the store and read the labels from the bbq sauce I want and mix by eye according to their ingredients.

Heinz Ketchup is what I use instead of tomato paste(but I'll try that tomorrow), and I don't use bacon fat. For my oil I use chili oil because its yummy :) I don't use coriander or rosemary leaves, I just add a few teaspoons of worcestershire. Then I stir to thickness. Everything else is the same as the neanderthin recipe though, almost exactly.
