I've run into a problem; I'm at uni, but I must have picked the wrong one, because the only time the chicks get all uninhibited and horny is when they're drunk. This happens quite often, though.

But herein lies the issue; it's technically rape if they're drunk, as under Australian law intoxicated persons cannot give valid consent.

I swear that's when the other guys all score though, as its not like most chicks would know that law and press charges. Still, I don't like the risk of being labelled a sex offender, that'd totally screw my employment prospects and general quality of life.

What's to be done?

I have a law degree, and my educated opinion is that your law blows donkey d!ck. My condolences.

(6) The grounds on which it may be established that a person does not consent to sexual intercourse include:

(a) if the person has sexual intercourse while substantially intoxicated by alcohol or any drug, or

(b) if the person has sexual intercourse because of intimidatory or coercive conduct, or other threat, that does not involve a threat of force, or

(c) if the person has sexual intercourse because of the abuse of a position of authority or trust.

I think those three situations cover about 80% of all sex that occurs on the planet.

It is all going to depend upon how the courts define "substantially intoxicated." I have read some cases in the US that have used the fact that a woman has vomited that evening as evidence of lack of consent.

If there is a bright side, I would say it is that you should definitely have sex with your teachers, bosses, and supervisors of any sort. Because they are in a position of power over you, that means that they raped you...at least it does to the morons who make the law in New South Wales, Australia. If most sex is rape, try to be the "victim" and not the one they put in jail.

I really doubt there's a risk involved. I hope the justice system in australia isn't as retarded as the american one.

Mate just forget about these stupid laws. Most times a guy and girl have sex with each other for the 1st time there's alcohol involved, surely you know that?

And why the **** would any girl in her right mind sue you for having sex with you.

Just make sure you're drunk too that way if she presses charges for rape you can counter charge her for rape since you couldn't give consent either.

Ha. Good answer, good answer. If she takes you to court, say she did everything.

Technically, here in the states, you are supposed to have verbal permission for every step of escalation. IE, "can I touch your boobies? can I rub my penis on your face? Can I blow my load up your poop chute?" Or maybe that has something to do with college or something. I 'm not totally sure.

Im sure that law is for guys that take advantage of totally wasted blacked out girls. Thats considered 'date rape' in the US. Dont worry about it, just dont take advantage of girls that are too drunk.

Women use "I was drunk" as a defense against being labled a slut-they are just doing what they wanted to. So if you find one thats just a little tipsy, you are probably OK. If she's stumbling, falling down drunk-trouble ahead.

I'd certainly HOPE the only time you'd be having sex with a drunk girl is when you're, at the very least, somewhat inebriated.

Otherwise, you're just creepy.

Want to know why this is when everyone is getting together? It's because women do this on purpose. They get drunk and party to have a good time. They have sex because it's fun. Drinking is just what one does at most college parties. At the end of the day, they can just say that they were drunk to save face as needed.

I wouldn't worry about getting in any trouble as long as you have some discretion and know where to draw the line. I stay away from any girl that I know has puked at all, or one that clearly can't remember things more than a couple minutes ago (blacked out). Stumbling around and having trouble walking is another tell-tale sign of being too drunk. I think these should be obvious. Just go with your gut and you will be fine.

Alcohol plays a HUGE factor when it comes to night game. I will be the first to admit that plenty of my successes were definitely facilitated by alcohol.

Honestly though, even though it isn't illegal here in the states, none of the girls I ended up with hated more anything, I mean let's be real here, if a girl is willing to go that far with you, she's definitely into you and likes you to some deep degree.

All I'm trying to say is that it would be out of character for the girl to make such a move.
