heres another fatigue question...
my testosterone levels are 505... out of a range of 400-1000 for men aged 20-39. this was taken in the morning at 8 am. supposevly testosterone levels drop about 35% by the evening, so by then id be below 400.
never thought of this as a problem, my doctor didnt see any reason to worry about it either. i do know that testosterone levels can afect things like energy, clear thinking, sexual desire, etc.. I mainly have cognitive trouble and trouble with energy. im always napping.
well i was wondering if anyone here has any experience with this sort of hting and knows if i need to consider getting TRT. Seems pretty silly to me the idea of getting it when I'm so young but I've gone through 2 years now of looking for a treatment for my fatigue with doctors, sleep specialists and such, and this is one of the few things left that looks like it might be a culprit.
EDIT: Do testosterone levels drop after sex?
