You know how when you know somebody going to punch you in the stomach, you subconciously squeeze to protect yourself?

When somebody's going to kick you in the nuts your body squeezes your gonads and testosterone pops out.

You can find the studies that were done on the pub MD site. Look for Roshambo and tesosterone... they had test groups, they had a group of people who actually got hit, a group that wore a cup, and a group that was only teased...

Why do you want to increase your testosterone? If it's to increase your muscle mass, don't worry about your testosterone. Do heavy lifting and eat like a horse. There's no SHORTCUT to building muscle!

Lose weight.
Squat (weight exercise).
That's it.
And stop jerking off.

Weight Training. No p*ssy stuff. Intense, hardcore weight training
Proper diet to maintain/get high metabolism
Sleep. Try to get at least 8 hours per night. At least. Not only. At LEAST.
Then after you get all that in gear, supplement.

Weightlifting and growing older makes you look more masculine. And leaning out will give you a stronger jawline.

This is what i would of said, but just want to add,
Eat plently of protien
Never go hungry i.e. plenty of little meals instead of brecky....starve....lunch....starve....dinner....starve. replace the starve with a high protien based food, or if not at least something(no not crisps and chocolate!!!). eating regular with give you more muscle and lower body fat. Which in essence will give you a manly face.
Oh and dont over masturbate, masturbation is ok (when your horny as ****), but masturbating too much (just because your bored and got nothing better to do) will **** up your hormones.

Could do with a pic really of yourself to evaluate you properly.
