Wrist injury -- can't work out

Hi all,

I just discovered that I have tenosynovitis in my right wrist.

Tenosynovitis: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tenosynovitis

I can't lift weights or do anything heavy with my right hand, even opening doors is a problem now (after about a week). So, I can't work out, which I usually do at home since I live out in the boonies and don't have money for a gym.

I started jogging again and doing sit-ups, but I can't do squats because I usually hold the barbell in front of me while doing them.

Any ideas on how to work out and keep in shape for the next 1-2 months would be very welcome. Thanks in advance.

Sorry to say we are not Doctor's and a lot of exercises involve your hands.

Don't do anything to aggravate it and do the best you can.

You might get away with machine hack squats and other leg work...but almost every other lift requires using your hands :(
