I have tried crest whitining paste ($13) works well and i have tried crest whitening strips ($27) works well with less hassle. I also brush my teeth with crest night effects paste (im a predent student so teeth are important to me .
yeah, the thing with the paste is its a BIG HASSLE.
-teeth must be completely dry
-paste must be done in one brushing (and sometimes it doesnt stick well to your teeth and you try to go over it but end up brushing up the original paste you put on)
Once you get the hang of it (which is dabbing the paste on your teeth rather than trying to brush it on) it is effective. So if you are on a budget and dont want to spend around $30 i recommend going with the crest paste.
If money isnt an issue the white strips work best.
i use baking soda too
i wet my toothbrush and then tap it in the baking soda to get the tops of the bristles covered, then i add pea size of toothpaste near the end of the toothbrush
I dont run the water over it again, use it as is.
Dont forget to floss too....
