Do you guys have any problems with this? I mean yeah, I can approach girls in quiet settings (food court, library, bustop etc). What I'm talking about is when people are around.

Its something I'm trying to get over. I just find it hard to approach girls when there is other people listening to the conversation. In orher words, I don't like having an audience.

The other day I was in school and this girl WAS looking, but it was a quiet lounge with people studying and although I would normally say something I didn't. She was giving me IOI's too. Of course as usual you wait to long the girl leaves which is what happened.

Thoughts?

I could use some pointers on what you guys do.

Drag her alone and talk.
Say like... "you guys don't mind if i borrow your friend for a minute, do you?"
and grab her hand and get her alone somewhere.

Yeah I sometimes feel the same way. There's this girl I really like who works at this tanning place. I'd love to just walk in there and chat/flirt with her for half an hour, but there's a waiting area right beside her desk and it's just too ****ing awkward to be hitting on her in an otherwise completely quiet room with other people there listening in.

I know I shouldn't give a ****. But I do.

Question: when you pull her away from her group of friends, what's the first thing you say to her?

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

If you do it ONE time without giving a f*ck about other people's perception of you, you'll overcome this anxiety.

It depends on the location. If I'm at a bar I ask her to help me pick a song from the jukebox or mention that I've seen her a few times before at the bar(maybe tease her and ask if she is stalking you). If it's somewhere else ask for advise or something involving the location...its an easy ice breaker.
