I put on lots of weight in the last 6 months.
I will go on a diet and I might wanna use some chemical help.
I heard about ECA stacks but also I heard that ephedrine increases the metaolism just by 3%. thats what? 3000 *.3 = 90 calories a day? I dont see much deal on that.Though i would appreciate to hear experiences of those who used eca.

anyhow, tht's not my question. My aunt became hyperthyroid after her pregnancy. and man... she lost more than 30 pounds in a month. really crazy weight loss.
so how about t3-t4. anyone used thyroid medicine for weight loss? any experiences and comments are wellcome

IF you lose more the 1-2 pounds a week, your losing muscle or water not fat... I don't know about with supplements but thats just regualr excercise and diet...

If your really fat you might lose a lot cause your losing water too...

T3 meds are nothing to fool around with. at this point it seems clear you lack the knowledge to use something like that safely.

stick to diet and cardio.

yeah, your goal is to lose purely fat... unless you're some kinda weirdo.

Haven't heard of anyone trying any kinda thyroid stuff, but shoot for 2 lbs a week at most. 12 week cycle of weight loss should be your max too, followed by a week or two of maintenance. You just need to readjust your body, and feed it, to keep it healthy, and going on a weightloss diet for more than about 12 weeks is not good.

3000 calories?? Where the hell are you getting that? If you're trying to lose weight, you're in the 2000 or less group buddy.

I did an EC stack during my last cutting cycle, 2 per day. It's worth it, and does it's job, although you lose the "effects" that you feel after a week or 2. It still works, but trust me, it doesn't feel the same.

I agree. I started taking an ephedra free product and one that shuttles carbs and just rode my bike and cut way back on the chips and salsa. I stopped taking the supplements because it did the job in less than a month.

Mind you that I just wanted to get cut and loose a bit of the love handles (about 7lbs total). All I can say is that it can be done.

If your going to be taking Ephedra, take it in MODERATION. Some people naturally have issues with the product, so if you go and overdose you may be regretting your actions. Even if you are completely fine with it, it still raises heartbeat and can be dangerous if used improperly.

Ok, he doesnt know what hes talking about. Bro, if you want to lose fat, you are gonna have to bump up your protein to about 2 grams/ lb of bodyweight. Start doing cardio, walking at aroudn 3.2mph, 5degree incline 35 min a day, 4 days/week. I cant stress this enough, if you dont have enough protein in your diet you will lose muscle. Losing 1-2lb a week is totally fine. JUNK food is out. Done capish? no icecream, no pizza. Most people respond very well to ckd diets wherein they carb up one a week on saturdays and small carb up meals post workout. Check out animalbolics on animalkits.be.

As for t3, dont go above 25mcg/day. You will lose alot of muscle mass if you go higher unless your using anabolics.

Don't f**k with your Thyroid.

Also, it is just about impossible to get Ephedra nowadays, but Ephedrine is still legal, so you can do an ECA stack using that.

First, ephedra is NOT that hard to find. A lot of smaller sport nutrition stores still carry it under-the-counter. Just ask around the gym or something if anyone knows anything

And using something like Cytomel(T3) is really nothing to f*ck with if you don't know what you're doing. If you don't know how to taper it down, you can risk doing permanent damage to your thryoid. Then you'll have some REAL problems when it comes to keeping the weight off.

Whoever said to eat 2 of protein... maybe not. If you want to lose weight, yeah, you want to keep muscle. I dont even get that much protein when in a bulking phase. I dont think any of my gym mates do either.

If you ask me, you'll be feeding your toilet pan some protein. All well and good, if you want a ripped and bulky pan, I guess ;)

I don't know any particular sites but, I do know for sure because I've seen advertising for it in the past and I've heard of people purchasing it online. Guess it's just a search and rescue game, hahaha.
