Ive been looking for a workout, or excersise that will give me a nice overall body. I heard swimming will do the trick, im a bit of a newbie on the technicalities and terms, so could anyone explain what would be the best swimming routine(and what the moves themselves are) for about 30-45 minute swim. And any reccomendations on how long to swim, and anything else from swimmers would be welcome, im pretty excited about this. I figure i already enjoy swimming, it will likely cut my body fat and muscle me up, and give me a tan...cant really lose .
