Ok I have been reading a lot here and some of you guys really seem to know your stuff. I was in Biarritz recently, and there were a lot of my rugby player friends with me when I was there. I wasnt exactly ashamed to take my top off and go for a swim in the sea, but I also wished I had the huge frame and defined abs, chests and arms that they had. I have always been skinny. There are smaller guys in my year but in terms of strength I would say I am in the bottom 10% of guys in my year.
I am 6-1 and around 150 pounds. And basically, I want to bulk up. I do not want to be a Ronnie Coleman style monster, just someone with a defined body like maybe that Abercrombie model Maxwell Zagorski ( though not in any other way like him). It is the summer now and I have some spare time, and I have membership to a good gym. So I was wondering if anyone with some spare time who knows their s**t be able to give me advice or maybe even a workout plan. Also I dont eat very healthily though not horribly. No matter what I eat I stay the same size, Last year I had a test done in the gym and it turns out my resting metabolism is 1800 calories and my body fat is 5.7%, so what should I be eating to overcome this. any advice is much appreciated. Cheers- Swerve
EDIT: Space it out a bit
