Sweaty hands in general... any way to remedy this?

Topic really speaks for itself, even when I'm out of social situations in general at school my hands are generally clamy, and as I'm starting to get noticed by the girls at my school, it sure as hell doesn't help that my hands are all moist and clamy, so is there any solution to this? Anyone else that has this problem?

#1 cause from my experience is being nervous. Once you chill out it should be better. If it's a serious condition, see a doc. In the meantime, you could always just get a bottle of liquid chalk and spray it on .. but then your hands might get a little white lol.

get Certain Dri for your hands and use it at night.

i have the same problem too. don't drink or eat things that contain caffeine. that really helps it. also if you get nervous, the effect of it is sweaty hands. but don't care about it much. if a girl likes you it doesn't matter how sweaty that your hands are.
