As you know I've started to exercise alot in hopes that I will cut down body fat.

But as of late, I've been prespiring ALOT... 10 minutes before this was tyed, I was doing a 10 minute exercise (today is just a relax day, but I felt like a little bit of cardio with 6 X 10 sets of Push Ups.

I did HiiT for about 6:36 minute (I timed it because I was playing kurupt's Trylogy track which went for 2:12 min). I think on sprint level effort I was going 70%... I started to sweat ALOT, like really dripping down my skin and ****... It looked like I just came out of the shower.

I did about 6 X 10 sets of Pushups... and I was constantly sweating. So I hit the shower afterwards... come out.. as I'm typing this, I'm STILL dripping a little bit of sweat.

What's wrong with me? Does high water intake have something to do with this? Because I've been drinking **** loads of water these three days.

Does sweating mean that I'm losing some body fat?

BTW I'm not tired, and I can keep going... so... WHAT's GOING on!!!???

If you have a lot of fat, excersize will mean a lot of sweat.

Go for the aerobics for losing body fat. 80% of max heart rate for 30 minutes at a time...

Sweatings good It means youre actually exercising. Just drink enough water, and youll be fine. Eat a banana for the potassium you lost in the sweat.
So I hit the shower
Take a cold shower.

No.

This has nothing to do with sweat, but if you can keep going, do it. Youll burn more that way.
