I've now migrated from TX back to CA (via NY and FL). I can say with authority that the #1 factor dictating your success rate is the local male/female ratio.
In Austin there are so many beautiful women that they are literally cheated on to the point of being abused - by unemployed men in flip flops. They are so mistreated, I picked up no less than 10 strippers there, most while they were on stage. They still write to me. One is flying to see me this week.
But back in San Francisco, God it's depressing. I'm currently wearing a shirt that says "Will Work for Table Dance". While in Texas 18 year old barmaids who looked like Paulina (Porizkova if you are under 30) would twirl their hair as they talked to me, here in SF, 31 year old barmaids who are under 5 feet tall have an "as if" attitude and I'm lucky to get an offer for another drink.
I had a few exes here from a year ago (too long to wait). One said she didn't love me anymore. A second flaked. The third one said she had to reschedule because of her AUNT. I said "Girls in Austin don't have Aunts!". When she came back a week later, I told her I was concerned she had Auntie issues.
The moral is, if you don't have an abundance of women, MOVE!
