Ok, so Diablo... supplements may have been discussed before, but not in the exact form that I am asking the question. Noone has discussed about it being a better idea to find creatine in the protein or to load it seperatly. So again I ask... Does anyone have any suggestions of supplements to buy that are good quality and contain creatine? Or is it better to load the creatine seperatly?

I haven't seen anything that contained creatine (but I haven't looked). I suggest searching through the forums at bodybuilding.com .

As an aside, just tonight in a store I did see creatine in a capsul form. I'm not to confident that is the best method but what do I know? :p

Why shouldn't you take creatine with protein?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

no need to load creatine. you're just wasting your money if you do.

If you don't load it will take longer for creatine to saturate your cells completely, but it will have the same effect, it will just take longer and about the same amount of creatine.
