Supplements for help with fat loss

So, trying to cut down to at least 10% body fat. What else can help me besides CLA (is it really effective and worth taking?) and fish oil? Any cardio suggestions besides the low-intensity cardio for mornings.

Lots of green tea, over 6 cups a day. Yes lots of fish oil

CLA imo is not needed. Fish oil however is a very good supplement and should DEFINITELY be used, how much is up to you but i typically do 20g. Green tea pills are good as well if you don't like to go to the trouble of making tea.

1.Fish oil-Anything from 10-45g but for fat loss as high as possible. Standard capsules have 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA.

2.Green tea-Get in 1-2g of extract per day. Needs to be good quality though such as:

3.Cardio you could do 15-20 minutes HIIT twice a week on the rower or elliptical etc, and another 2-3 low intensity sessions for 30-45 minutes preferably on the higher end if fat loss is your main goal.

4.Don't forget eating six times a day to boost the metabolism.

5.2g of protein per pound of bw-This is one of the benefits that is often overlooked in the protein debates. If you eat higher amounts of protein than average it boosts your metabolism a lot more than if you were to eat the equivalent amount in carbs/fats.

6.Weight lift. Check out the "where to start" thread in the vault if you need more info.

7.Eat lots of green veggies, they fill you up and are low in calories.

8.Consistency, you must do everything right most of the time to see results.

I am currently taking 800mcg chromium picolinate, to enhance metabolism- and it has worked well. I also eat clean, and do real cardio(not gym cardio), by riding my bike 25 miles- with four of those miles at a 10% gradient.

The fat loss supplement I take is SAN Tight! The fat is flying off me, and I can finally see my abs, and increased vascularity, especially in my arms/legs. I have been mostly fat all my life, so this is a pleasant surprise. I cannot believe I really have a neck- and a chiseled chin, underneath all that blubber.

I'm on to losing my last 20lbs......so I'll keep you posted.

1. green/white tea extract every day
2. fish oil - lots of it
3. protein - lots of it
4. vegetables - lots of them
5. sleep - lots of it
6. light cardio - 7x per week
7. lifting - 3x per week
8. eat 6-8x per day
9. do all this for 6-8 weeks without missing a beat

1-9! = fat loss of roughly 6-16lbs + muscle gain of roughly 2-4lbs.

Lipo-6 pills. They do work. Also sit in the sauna at the gym. Cardio is important and so is a lean diet.

All these "fat-loss" burning pills, are they safe I hope? Cause I'm a bit weirded out by them and how they claim to get you ripped quick so I was wondering how they work.

Unless you are already at a lower bf (sub 10%) then there's absolutely need to use fat burners - diet and exercise will get the job done more than adequately without expensive pills.
