It may help you while you're on a cut to maintain your strength if carbs/calories are lower than usual, but that's about it.

If you're on any thermos that are methylxanthine based and have diuretic action I wouldn't recommend creatine...I dont' use creatine at all during cutting phases.

Remember fitness is 3/4 diet!! Please please please understand this! Eat 5-6 meals through out the day, 40-50 g of protein per meal and watch your intake of high GI carbs if you're trying to cut up.

As for carbs i barely eat any...just one piece of whole wheat bread thats included with my breakfast...

As for my protein i take 1 gram per 1 pound of body weight. Right now the only supplement i take is 100% Whey Protein.

My diet is farely good...but in your oppinion would creatine help me?

Ive also heard that creatine effs up the kidneys is that true?

And as of a good brand of creatine...is No-Xplode good?

Thnx Guys
