Hey guy's......I just recently went down to the supplement store to pick up some ZMA for use with some training ive been doing, instead I ended up getting this supplement called Magnesium w/ Chelated Zinc , because a 3 month supply cost only 15$ while the ZMA would have cost me 30$ for a one month supply. The supplement contain's a 100% DV of Magnesium(as magnesium oxide) and Zinc(as Zinc glutonate). Im not very knowledgable about these kind of things and was wondering, do you think that this supplement would give me the same effects as ZMA would? The ingredients for both look very similar, but like I said im fairly new to this and really dont know shiit....knowledgable replies are greatly appreciated :yes:
