So Ive done deadlifts for a few months, and they still dont feel good...mostly on the downwards part. So I tried sumo deadlifts today, and they feel better. Are these in any way less beneficial than normal deads?
Alright, cool, haha. Just wondering, does anyone have a video of proper form for sumos? I had my weight instructor check my form on normal deadlifts, but im not in class anymore, so I have no one to check my form. A video would be awesome. Thanks.
