Okay, Flex needs some advice.

I returned to Knoxville for the summer back in May, and on my second or third night on the town, I met this chick, "Katie." Katie is a student at UT, and at the time she only had another week in Knoxville before she was moving back home--3 hours away--for the summer. So we went out once, messed around a little bit, then she moved home.

We kept in touch pretty closely for a few weeks, telephoning each other about once or twice a week. Then in early July, she told me she was coming to Knoxville for a weekend and that she wanted to get together. I called her the night before she was scheduled to come so we could make plans, and she told me she'd call me when she got into town.

I never heard from her again until tonight.

Literally five minutes ago I got an email from her saying she was moving back to Knoxville for the fall semester on August 14 and that she hoped I would still be in town and that we could get together. (I'll be in town until the 24th.)

Now I am NOT an AFC. In theory I would delete her email and not give her another thought. But this is not a typical situation, as I really just want to use her for as much play as possible for the ten days we'll both be in Knoxville. Then it will be MY turn to blow HER off.

What would you guys suggest as a ****y/funny way to respond to her email while still maintaining that I want to see her when she gets into town.

And please, don't tell me to just forget about her. I WILL forget about her--on August 24th, after ten days of banging her if all goes well.

Just tell her you'll be in town for 10 more days and that you two can get together...But she'll be worn out by the end.

I'm actually considering taking your advice, crazy. As my friend Erle would say, "I mean, why not?"

Seriously, it's not like my life is gonna be severely altered if she thinks I'm an ass and doesn't want to see me again.

As of right now, I haven't responded to the e-mail. I'll let her simmer for a couple days, then either follow crazy's advice or think of something else obnoxious to say.

I've tried being harsh on my emails, (ie C+F) and has gotten me abso-friggin-lutely nowhere! Being smooth and playful is the name of the game.

I can't think of anything funny and playful to say given that I don't even have the original email here, but as I said be funny and playful like it doesn't even matter.
