This summer, my football team is lifting from 6-8am. The problem is, I generally work 'til midnightish. I probably won't have enough to wake up and eat a meal, and allow enough time for it to start digesting.
My question is, if I eat a meal immediately after my workouts, and take creatine before and after my workouts, as well as continue to eat 6 meals throughout the day, would that "lack of a meal before my workout" thing make too big of a difference?
