My abs are generally in decent shape, yet some days I wake up and my belly is bloated and flabby. It's always right at the bottom of my belly and love handles.
I am guessing it's subcutaneous water retention because it comes and goes almost overnight sometimes.
I'd like to know what causes it and how I can stop it from happening? Do excess carbs cause a gain in water weight? Generally, can anyone enlighten me.
