last night i went out and it was burutal. i wasn't in the right mide frame and i just didn't approach. it sucked. my first set opened me by taking my glasses on my face and wearing them. soooo many girls do it.. by the end of the set she handed me her drink and told me to drink it too " loosen up"

i know i wasn't in the " party mode" last night. it showed. one of my wings told me i have success barriers i believe him when he says this. i feel like i can't move foreword.

would you say it's just an inexperience thing? or would it be something else.

it's hard to explain what it's like. I've talked to girls before but most of my sets either fizzle out ( the girl is being polite ) or it just blows up because i take to long to approach.

i'm trying to take things to the next level but i have no idea what that is. could you help a brother out?

It's like one of those "How do I get the motivation to do this" type things, there's nothing to it you just gotta do it. I wouldn't use inexperience as an excuse, from what I've seen the best guys in the world have nights where they're not feeling it, but they just have to get themselves to approach and bust themselves out of that mindset.

Sometimes you just don't feel like it, and you just have to get yourself going. Approach, approach, approach. Nothing like a funny @$$ rejection (or success!) to lighten up your mood.

And oh yeah, fwck you cheesehead.

This is my experience. I have some comfort in being in my head or kind of in a crybaby mode. I is a sick pleasure. I can get out of it by doing some physical stuff like dancing, waving arms, being silly, etc. I can also think really hard about paying attention to what other people are saying or what they are interested. That is how I get out of my head and in the social flow. You could ask someone what their family is like or how crazy their mother is and it gets someone else to light up. Then you can get the ball rolling to get a better night. Your favorite song anchored to a good time in your life might help as well.

Buddy, take advantage of that. Girls in Toronto NEVER open you. I wish the girls here took themselves less seriously and were more fun like that. In Toronto, you have to go out of your way just to get most girls to even make eye contact let alone open you. Have some fun.
