First off, check your diet. Are you eating enough? Do you sleep enough? How long ago was it since you took a week off gym?

When lifts decrease for me i usually do not train them for a while so they can recouperate. Then I hit hard again.

I see lots of excercises for arms but none for legs. If you're not working out your legs you need to start... otherwise you'll stay at a plateau forever.

are you just working out once a week? I'd recommend going at least twice and breaking up your routine more.

your strength should never decrease if you're eating enough and working your muscles out unless you're taking some kind of medicine/chemical (nothing that I am aware of though), or you're over-training.

you might be like me and have hit a plateau because you're not increasing the amount of calories you're eating with your size. I already feel like I'm stuffing food down my throught constantly so I'm just trying to get my body used to eating so much.

lastly, make sure you're using correct form.

Yeah, I assumed you did the basis of powerlifting, squats, deadlifts and bench. Legs is important.

Eat more, Sleep more.

It shouldnt be decreasing. Do some squats and deadlifts. Go heavy.

Eat more. Eat more.

Get a three day split going. Chest/Back Legs/Calfs Arms/Delts. Shoulder presses might be going down cause you're using so much of your delt strength in bench and dips.

From personal experience I would point to diet too. When bulking my strength and stamina was constantly rising, but since I started cutting it has dropped a lot.
