So far, 2 major: I have no appetite. I've lost about 10 kilograms from not eating lately. And second: I havn't had a boner in the last week. And before that, they were pretty damn rare.

Anyone ever heard of anything like this? What this could mean?

I'm not yet sure I should go to the doc...

Edit: Weight loss started 2 months ago.

Did any major event happen in your life that you think might've caused this? What's your diet like when you do eat? How much water do you drink? Do you take multvitamins? How often do you exercise?

Not really...

Mom's cooking... Very usual home cooked meals.

About 1 litre a day. I hate the taste of soda's and other beverages now. :-/

Nope.

I go jogging about 2-3 times a week. And then play Squash on weekends.

I'm sorry but "mom's cooking" doesn't tell me sh1t about your diet :p (especially considering you live in a different country...) How about you tell me what exactly you've eaten for the past 3 days? Don't feel bad if it hasn't been great - the more honest you are the more help you can get. I also forgot to ask what your sleeping patterns are. Do you sleep for 8 hours a day and go to bed and wake up at nearly the same time every day?

But for starters I can tell you that you're not drinking nearly enough water and depending on your diet, you might be slightly malnurished since you don't take a multivitamin. Try doubling the amount of water you drink, and go buy some quality multivitamins.

LoL

Mkay. For brekkies I'll usually have ham and cheese sandwitches or some eggs or toast... your typical breakfasts. Lunch usually a salad or soup, if I have any lunch at all, that is. My last three dinners: fried chicken breasts with rice, salad on the side. Day before: lamb chops with mash, salad on the side. Even before: chicken curry with egg noodles, salad on the side.

:p I really don't think it's malnutrition. And yeah, I'll start drinking more water from now on....

As for how I sleep. Exactly 7 hours and 15 mins each night. I'm pretty disciplined with my sleeping and waking times. at 8 hours on the mark, I'm in REM sleep, and that makes it hard for me to wake up.

Uhm, to add. I eat VERY small portions. About half a chicken breast, one spoonscoop of rice and maybe 4 bites of salad, and I'm full. Mornings... half a sandwitch... and when I eat soup: that's about a cup or so.

Edit: btw, I do smoke. Don't drink at all, though. :-/

Well there's the answer to your boner problem :p Smoking tends to affect that negatively. I can't believe I forgot to ask that. Quit smoking if you want your libido back. You'll also probably start putting on weight if you quit smoking.

You're eating healthy enough, though I still suggest taking a multivitamin and drinking more water. It doesn't sound like you have no appetite if you're always eating 3 meals. Usually when people don't have an appetite they skip breakfast. There is a difference between hunger and appetite. Appetite is the psychological drive to eat. Hunger is the physical feeling of pain when you don't eat, and the physical feeling of fullness when your stomach can't fit much more food in there. You just have a smaller stomach from eating small meals. Start slowly increasing the size of your meals to expand the size of your stomach.

If you follow my advice (especially quitting smoking), and your condition doesn't improve in a month, go see a doctor.

My guess is its a psychological cause.

Are you depressed?
