On August 2020 one day out of the blue I started having a bunch of noises in my stomach throught the day. They are annoying, especially at night when Im trying to sleep.

I´ve been to a bunch of doctors, taken a bunch of studies, improved my diet, taken a bunch of medicine, you name it but doesnt seem to make much difference. I have good days with little to no noise, I have really bad days with a bunch of noise and everything in between those extremes but so far I cant tell what Im doing different on good days vs really bad days.

Im looking for advice and Im wondering if anyone has had this problem. I would really appreacite your help. Thanks in advance.

Does it not even hurt? Just sounds annoying? Just eat less beans and rice!
With gut issues, L-Glutamine always comes to mind. It's pretty cheap to try.

Happens to me once in a while. The last time was at night before going to bed and it kept me up for a while so I got frustrated and punched my stomach which was super smart.

For me, it has to do with certain things I eat or if I don't eat enough. Mostly if I don't eat enough. I would suggest either an elimination diet in the hopes to pinpoint what is causing it. Heck, maybe even something you are not eating on purpose, like if you are somehow passing back toothpaste or gum.

Obviously, you've been to different doctors, but are any of them specialists in the matter or just general medicine?

Lastly, I would suggest alternative medicine/doctors. Holistic doctors to be precise.

Stomach issues can be caused by stress, poor diet and probiotic imbalances.

Cut down on stress
Eat natural and healthy food. Avoid overeating as it can make things more difficult.
Dont overtrain and overeat as this adds to stress

Dont Eat
Processed junk food, rancid bad fats (takeaway fried food), sugar, bread

Do Eat:
Veg, meats, yogurt, cheese, probotics, salads
Raw honey, apple cider vinegar,
Dilute red wine 1 part wine 10 parts water (my fav, i add raw honey to the wine)

Cut down on all forms of stress as stomach issues ( as migraine) are caused by a combination of psychological and physical factors.

Both. General medicine and specialists.

I love alternative medicine. Thats my first choice most of the time. There´s this guy I know, he is general medicine but after graduation he started stuying alternative medicine. He´s my go to guy. He does "fix" me more than 80% of the time with other problems.

I also prefer alternative/holistic medicine. You have to realize that modern medicine is a business heavily intertwined with Pharma so it is not in their best interest to fully treat/fix you. Or even get to the root cause, nor it is systematically feasible for Drs to do so even when they want to. You are cattle and a consumer of modern medicine.

It is in their best interest to keep you sick and dependent on their products and services. So yes, continue looking into alternative medicine. One will be able to pinpoint the issue, I'm positive.

I had it off and on for about a year. It was embarrassing during work meetings. It finally just stopped for an unknown reason.

Go easy with liquids that make you want to poop like coffee or juice. I skipped coffee or orange juice until after a work meeting.* That helped. Still had some noise, but it was much quieter.

*This was pre-COVID, so we were sitting at a conference table.

Hi Dr Suave,
To paraphrase Tolstoy "the surest way to upset your digestion is to become conscious of it"...Just get back to your routine and diet before these episodes.

Get an endoscopy done and make sure the gastroenterologist takes a tissue sample.
I had one done in late 2021 and the gastro found 2 acute ulcers and gastritis.
Ignored the conventional pharma treatment given by the gastro.
Natural remedy to heal the ulcers by juicing raw organic cabbage every morning on a empty stomach for 2 weeks straight. Swigged down 16oz every morning. It strengthened my stomach lining and healed the ulcers. I found out by the 2nd endoscopy early this year.
Cabbage contains the amino acid glutamine along with the anti-inflammatory glucosinolates which help heal an inflamed digestive tract.

You can also supplement with l-glutamine powder if you can't find organic cabbage. Same sh1t.

I still got mild gastritis that I control by eating homemade cooked meals and drinking alot of water. Im going to start juicing again with cabbage to reinforce the gut.
I try my best to avoid refined sugar and stress. eating homemade cooked meals, drinking good water, and capping stress helped alot. thats crucial for a rock solid gut.

My back was messed up for 2 years due to poor posture. It messed up my digestion until I went to go see a chiropractor. He stretched me and popped me back into place and my digestion and stomach issues went away.

Smoking weed helps with my stomach issues as well.
