can some one plz tell me how to do shrugs the right way. becuse last night i was going shrugs in the gym and today i got a major stiff neck passed out couple of times. I really dont wana get this **** again
ok i am going to try to explain it. i take 2 45 pound weights on on each side and just reise them up, when i am at the top i place my chin on my cest ( read that in mans health magasizen says it lovers the presaseure)
point your chin down slightly & look forward, keep your neck still, hold the dumbells slightly in front of you, squeeze your traps, hold for a count and slowly descend. DO NOT rotate your shoulders, DO NOT jerk the weight, maintain with steady & controlled movements.
if you pinch a nerve use something with capsicum, maye "salonpas" heating pads.
