First of all, go find some delicious new puzzy to eat.

Second, fasting isn't such a bad thing ... but start back with relatively light foods ... soups, fruit juices, fruits and vegies. Eggs are usually a good way to get back to eating as well.

Good luck.

Dude, I did the same thing for 2 weeks and the health problems it caused me were frightening. After 17 days I suspect you are in bad shape.

I hate to inform you of this, but there is a good chance you will experience worse symptoms (including hair shedding and muscle deterioration!) in about 3 months from now!

Visit your doctor immediately and start working out how to get some essential nutrients back into your body. If you go much longer without food, the effects could be irreversible.

bad! very bad! i'm originally from a bodybuilding and fitness forum. eating like this turns our body into famine mode. which means that your metabolism will turn very slow. which is just plain unhealthy, because by the time you eat normally, you'd probably gain alot of fat due to slow metabolism.

secondly, it is bad because of the lack of protein. even though you never mentioned anything about fitness and exercises like weightlifting or working out, i'm sure you have muscles. the lack of protein will take away your muscles due to catabolism. hope this helps. now, go out there and eat some high protein chicken breast!

You have to do it in small steps, eating too much will make you feel sick. Little bits that build up.

Drink plenty of water. Your body can almost always handle water, and if you throw it up, it's not at all bad. It's not acidy, it doesnt stink, it just... comes out.

Start eating some basic food. Some real plain food. Lentils, Rice, Pasta, all in small amounts. Eat little and often now, and try to get a bit of protein in with it. Cottage cheese would probably be the best source of protein right now because your stomache finds it real easy to break it down. It's basically just a light sauce and an easily broken down solid.

Taking a tiny multivitimin could be taken once a day - but make sure it's the small type. The ones that you take 2-3 times a day. You wont be overloading your body with nutrients this way, and you'll benefit a great deal from it.

Keep your mood up! When the mood goes down, you'll feel worse mentally and pysically.

Good luck with it man
